Updated Nov. 5, 2026: A public notice on the Bay County public notices site sets the next review committee meeting for the Front Beach Road Segment 4.1 design-build solicitation for Thursday, Nov. 19, 2026, at 1 p.m. CDT.
The City of Panama City Beach posted the notice for the Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) solicitation, RFP #PCB26-51. The committee will meet to discuss submittals, according to the notice.
The meeting will be held at Panama City Beach City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. The public is welcome to attend.
The notice does not list the firms that submitted proposals. An earlier entry on the city’s meeting calendar listed a committee meeting for Nov. 12, 2026, at 9 a.m. The notice does not say whether the Nov. 19 meeting replaces that session or is a separate one.
