Florida auto insurance rate cuts

Florida's OIR approved a 7% auto rate cut for USAA on Oct. 26 and highlighted home insurance reductions on Oct. 29. On Nov. 2 it announced that Infinity Auto Insurance Company will return more than $46 million in excess profits to policyholders within 60 days, and the OIR expects more refund announcements.
