The Review Committee for the CRA Front Beach Road Segment 4.1 design-build solicitation will meet at 9 a.m. Central time on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026, to discuss submittals, according to a public meeting notice the City of Panama City Beach posted on Nov. 2, 2026. The solicitation is RFP #PCB26-51.
